The service
TempMV is a free tool that runs emulated x86 virtual machines inside your browser. It requires no account. It is provided as-is, with no guarantee of availability, correctness or fitness for any particular purpose.
Machines are temporary
Virtual machines exist only in the page's memory and are destroyed when you reload or close the tab. This is the intended behaviour, not a fault. Anything you want to keep must be exported deliberately. No responsibility is accepted for work lost to a closed tab.
Guest software and its licences
The operating systems in the catalog are free and open-source software, published by their own projects under their own licences. Each catalog entry names its licence and links to the upstream project. Those licences govern your use of that software, not these terms. Nothing here is affiliated with or endorsed by those projects.
Images you provide
You may load your own disk images. They are processed entirely in your browser and are never uploaded. You are responsible for holding the rights to any image you use, and you must not use this site to run software you are not licensed to run.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to attack other systems, or to attempt to circumvent the technical limits of the emulator. The emulator is a sandbox inside your own browser; it is not a security boundary you should rely on for running untrusted code.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any damage arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
